He uploads full episodes of anime (Boruto for now) with full screen and original audio and doesn't get claims from TV Tokyo. I tried to reupload his videos and always get claims from TV Tokyo lol. He probably uses some tricks with YT editor. Since all his videos have exactly 33 sec of gray...
