i have no problem paying good commissions and having the affiliate program set up, my issue is finding the affiliates themselves. I want to spend more of my time on the content creation as opposed to marketing.

Thanks neweaver, I'll check that forum out. Currently, I am getting between 100-300 hits a day mostly organically, and conversions are ok. i have played around with my subscription price to see what works best

Thats a dick move to steal other peoples content and re-sell it! You should create your own or depending on where you live, employ performers and sell access to content you own
