Namecheap is not shit hosting, I have been using their hosting for a very long time and I haven't faced any issue and the support is awesome.

Tip to create it successfully: Clean IP Active VCC or CC If you have these two things sorted out because clean IP plays a vital part and vcc should be live/active. If you have figured this out, you will face 100% success ratio.
