easiest solution would be allowing certain users become a "content police". not full moderators but somewhat giving them an option to hide/mark posts and shadowban clear Ai users. it would allow to clean up forum quickly and with small margin for error.

make deposit server under different regulation, for example Cyprus, keep that under different subdomain and link to forum via api. it's all that easy that not even worth mentioning but I'm all about this idea. it would solve so many issues.
