I am also encountering the same thing on all of my pages. I run about 8 in different niches with up to 5 digit likes. I'm from North America and some of my pages are over a year old.

Still nothing.

Been waiting 7 days for 10 Facebook accounts. Seller went ghost 4 days ago after saying I'd have the accounts within 24h.

Please consider hiring (more?) support staff to answer emails.

Mine is just over 2 years old. That came to mind too, but I've seen conflicting posts on here about the effects of domain age.
