If the same jobs are already listed on multiple websites how does Google determine which job to list in Google jobs? Or is there multiple duplicate jobs and Google jobs because the same job is posted in hundreds of job boards? Can you be detailed in your answer.

WP job manager works more for job sites that want to push traffic to the other big sites like ziprecruiter and get paid for that traffic. It sounds like this one utilizes the API of those big sites without the do follow link "for more info" or "apply now" which takes the website visitor away...
