personally I always use Ebay myself. The last pc i got myself with 2gb vid card 8gb ram 3.6mhz processor was around 300. I don't doubt if you look long enough that you can get a real good unit for 1000.

Instaget was working for me yesterday. Missing some features at the moment but between that and imacros it should tide you over until a full version is released early feb.

From what I can see, Instagram allows you to only unfollow maybe 50 people in a certain amount of time. If XGram isn't supported or updated that's likely your issue.
