The traffic is all organic from multiple search engines and people sharing links on facebook and other social media. And that's why im here, for recommendations on what i should try.

I get about 400k page views, 150k unique a month. I have been using Adcash but it's earning don't correspond to the amount of traffic i get. Any recommendations? Most people stick around the site for at least 30-40 minutes before moving on if that matters.
