That's quite a difficult thing to do. What are you knowledgeable about? I'd start there. Then get a webhost and install wordpress. Then start posting content whilst considering how you are going to monetize it, could be adsense, could be affiliate marketing. Without more information, difficult...

This isn't true, I have 214 followers after 3 days of running my bot. Don't buy followers, they won't be engaged and will only make your cut through rate drop. If you want twitter follows, spend some time writing good content and following others. Try engaging with a few of them via DMs too...
