Can't post URL. Talk with this person (skype: traftv), it is a support of fake traffic service. I am not sure they speak English though.

The real bottleneck in generating fake traffic is a number of unique IPs. If you buy one VPS you would have one IP. Now you need to buy a proxy list which is much more expensive than VPS.

Good source of inspiration is freelance market like oDesk. You just go there, read projects requirements and understand what other people need.
