Although i feel that amazon might be easier to promote, clickbank definitely has a higher payout. I guess it all depends on how you want to drive traffic to your site/list/landing page/whatever. There are a lot of people out there making a killing through promoting clickbank products via e-mail...

Post services for something that people don't want to do (article writing), put up your service in a few forums and voila. Fiverr is also a great suggestion like many have said. Once you have some income from doing services for others you can scale up and start working towards a passive income.
