That's definitely a shadowban as mentioned previously. I believe those bans are not permanent and should go out if you have your account without activity 24 - 48 hours.

If you're using several user-agents, elite proxies and none of them has been used for botting previously (or at least not flagged), you should not see any error from IG. One idea that comes to my mind is that the bot could have leaked your home IP when creating an account. Proxy refers your IP...
