My thought: don't try to invest $5000 in something. Try to invest a small amount, max $500. If you are profitable, then put the rest of your money into it to do it on a bigger scale. If you aren't profitable, your money lives to test another idea.

Maybe not as cheap, but odesk is pretty popular too.

My opinion is that business is more about execution than about secrets. In certain areas this may not be true, but in the majority of businesses, it is just that you do it better than the guy next to you.

I think it could be a good idea for sure. It seems like it would be a huge investment of time to film it and edit it though, unless you are planning to just film certain parts of the process. Maybe just try it out and see how it goes.
