I'm writing it with a clear market in mind and did keyword research. I'm referring more to initial pricing. Earlier on in the thread the advice was to release it for free for the first week to get reviews.. etc. are we better off releasing it at 2.99 from the get go now?

Yep, I've read that for most of the different country versions of Yahoo are pulling their results directly from Bing. My primary keyword went from middle of 6th page in Google to #1 of the 5th page. Progress! :)

The space down the bottom in Word where you can insert page numbers is your footer. In modern versions of Word or Google Docs just double click that area down the bottom and you will be able to place text in there. Any text you put in that field is applied to all pages of your document. TIME...
