I don't see why you cannot. As long as you do not spam the link of Facebook... I don't think there would be an issue. A Facebook page "could" be considered a HomePage/Affiliate Site, so you may be in the clear. Don't they provide graphics for Affiliates to use?

I have used CrocWeb (Canadian Servers), HawkHost (Canadian Based, US Servers) and A2Hosting (Us Based, Us Servers) and I can vouch and promote all three. Right now I am currently using A2Hosting the most and they have been great with uptime and support.
