he won't respond to you, the scraper is broken. It stopped working for me (scrapes very slowly and it's not accurate at all) I contacted him asking for help and he says he doesn't know why it's happening then I ask for a refund and he never responds.

I was using legal ways. Lol you don't even need user/pass for this, Instagram won't ask you for that if you're just trying to get an account disabled. I'm not short on money and I'm more than willing to pay $100 for my account to be re-activated. I've never scammed before in my life
