I always look first at onewaybacklinks.co, they always have .edu and high pr lists. They do sell out quick, but that is the best place that I have found. Good luck

Most cpa companies scrape leads, that is just the way that it is. When I get very targeted traffic I have a much better conversion rate, but there are times, even with the best cpa companies, that you don't get conversions.

Agreed, if it is not something that you already have and can just send them a copy, it is a pretty tough go of it. If it is a service that you can do quickly and send them proof that you did it then that is fine. Hard to make much money otherwise on there.

Sounds like me when I had to do essay questions on my college homework and I didn't read the chapter... I actually got credit for some of them they were pretty funny.

I have used MSN for years for my personal IM and I use Skype for business as it has more functions and you can use the share screen option to walk people through things as you do them.

If you have links from a lot of 2.0 sites that have no links or page rank they will not help. Good call on the xrumer blast to the 2.0's. I would also consider linking them together to make a link wheel (study it a bit so you understand how to do it right) and that will help a lot also...

The easiest solution. To get a better estimate you must know how they are getting their traffic, if it is targeted, how it is monetized, and are their ads etc relevant to what their site is about. I have a site that I was promoting well to a very specific niche and the traffic was very targeted...

Google controls the game and they know it so they do whatever they want and you find out that they have changed the rules after they effect you. Spread your big money sites among different servers and go closer to white hat until you can find out why you were slapped. Keep us posted.
