Adsense wont approve because you are not even curating the content but more like auto blogging

its possible only if you ask for bank transfer. Its next to impossible to receive payment from card with 0 fee. if the client is from same location, then you can go for card to card transfer (this comes with no fee)

There are some web like traveldudes, medicalmingle etc who delete the article evn when they are decent enough. might be the quality has to be very high or may be we need to post niche related like Health and travel in these websites.

Getting links from .com.au seems logical but this is not mandatory requirement to get ranked. I had one friend website with .au extension which we ranked using services who build nothing but generic link from .com, .net etc
