Really? What tools within SEOMoz do you use for project management. I have a pro account, but I usually only use the keyword competition analyzed, the on-page SEO checker, and the site explorer.
I have also had pretty good experiences with building backlinks to the citations. Mainly to the actual Google plus local page. The rankings for my clients have been very consistent using this strategy.
What you can do to get around that is have the URL in the Google maps listing point to a "Services" or "About Us" page instead of the root URL. That way you can have both results up at the same time.
It usually isn't too difficult for me. Using Magic Submitter and Scrapebox, one of my main techniques is:
15+ Web 2.0 Properties
- Each with a unique article on them (I use an ultra-spun article I did myself for the entire process)
- Using magic submitter, I update them once a week for 3-4...
Keep in mind that you are writing about something you know and are passionate about. It is a slightly different story when asked to write 5 ~500 word articles on air conditioning filters.
Just use Magic Submitter, and update them like once every two days with a nice spun article. That should keep them fresh enough to stay indexed. You only have to update them for a few months though.
What I do is use TBS to build up a favorites category for each niche I write in. Then once I have manually spun a few articles, I click "Replace My Faves" it usually auto-spins the whole article.
By far the best private proxy service I have every used. I haven't had any issues with scrapebox using them, and it is submitting comments faster than ever. I would highly reccommend using SquidProxies if you need private proxies. They have great customer service too.
