Did you read my main post? The sites contain German content. Therefore, I need adsense accounts with addresses in any of those countries where German is spoken as an official or main language.

Of course I am willing to send any type of invoice the other party needs. That is not a problem. He only needs to explain how to describe the business transaction for which invoice is issued.
