I have literally received nothing after placing an order for three sites. A few messages after I had noted on the forum that no one had contacted me. That's it. Feb. 12 - placed order Feb. 15 - first message Feb. 19 - promised an updated keyword strategy Feb. 20 - promised delivery of above...
