Reddit has updated its spam policy, and bots have started detecting more and more spam content. All the upvotes I ordered from this service were deleted within a couple of hours, so I think Reddit won't allow such services to manipulate upvotes anymore. Accounts like that get banned immediately...

Small update. The profile still shows good results. Now I post an article per month, but I'm trying harder to improve the quality of the content by adding SEO-optimized keywords, facts, expert opinions, and information from rich snippets. This helps to keep the articles in the first positions...
