Ordered 10 posts on 26 august. 1 Post is still not indexed but OP said will ping. Writing is average written by non native English. Of the 2nd tier I have checked most are not indexed. Perhaps 1% indexed. So can't see any value in the 2nd tier as after 1 month if none are indexed they aren't...- linkfriend
