Try AudioModify. They have a lot of voices to use, too. And they don't cost that much for a subscription, but you can also get started for free.

I would try AudioModify. It's free to start and it you can use it to create AI song covers. It has so many celebrity and cartoon voice options to choose from as well.

Try this one called AudioModify. Take a look at AudioModify. I don't think it's locked and it has lots of various things you can try and tons of voices to use.
