Why should I have to get a ticket for you to say that there's a problem caused by A, B or C that's affecting X number of accounts and our apologies but we're fixing it? Anyway, I do have previous tickets and I was told it's fixed then it happened again. Those tickets were #338186 and #924554...

Fair enough - that's your choice. But did your sites go down again after you posted this? Because mine did. How long does this have to go on for before it's reasonable to say I've had enough?

I'm posting this an hour after you - I only just found out my sites are down. Not even going to bother complaining anymore. Just wait until it's up then find a new host and transfer my sites across.

I've had 2 previous instances where my sites were down after CenTex took over from HasteHosting and today makes the 3rd time. I nearly switched last week but my payment for August had just gone through. I think I'll wait to they get my sites up and running so I can back up/transfer my sites then...
