I don't take it on daily basis, eventually you build up tolerance to coffee and other stimulants and won't get as powerful effect as before but I'm trying to balance my timing when I take it.
And ye I definitely get that after workout kick, I do intense workouts. Usually take it in the morning...
Before workout I take caffeine alongside L-Tyrosine, Huperzine A, BioPerine, Taurine with other stuff focused on muscle improvement supps. And those ingredients that I mentioned gets me focus and drive throughout the day when I sit down and start grinding after workout.
Take caffeine pre-workout, definitely. It is confirmed that it increases muscle strengh and endurance and decrease muscle fatigue allowing you to workout with great intensity. Also it's a nitric oxide booster and increase blood flow into muscles.
I personally take around 150-250mg caffeine...
