with cloaking can i run ads directly on brand keywords and lead them directly to the official website am i right?

i heard there is a method to run ads on brand keywords and not get banned. They hide the traffic source and the networks will see the source as N/A. What are you guys opinions about this? Anyone can explain to me, thank you very much!
