It is better to buy deleted domains instead of expired. With expired you could wait up to to months before you can buy it because the registures hold the domain for the owner to see if they will pay the renewal. You can find deleted domains on the same site as the expired.

I didn't know how to reply to your message so I finally found you. The answer to your question is, the reason I am new is because although I joined in 2014, I never used the site more than 3 times because I didn't know how to use it, so I am starting again from scratch.
