start them all slow- who knows what twitter is going to do now that they are cracking down. Id say follow <50 and increase by 25-50% a day. Worst case scenario it takes you longer but you shouldnt get banned immediately

You've been ghosted. Give it 3 days or so and then follow <100 the first day and creep it daily by 50 or so for several days.

You'd have to upload the video in that tweet. It's pretty limited in size though, which is why using youtube for larger vids is necessary

NP- RIght now im experiencing locks pretty often, so atm im staying <600 a day with a 10000ms wait. That will only work with an aged account though. If yours is fairly new start at 300/day for a week and then you can up it a little at a time. Hopefully they'll lighten up a bit soon
