I went with webshare.io. You have the option to do a few free replacements, you can keep doing it until you get one with fraud score 0

I would also like to know. I tried proxy-cheap, even the so-called "never before used" residential proxies all have fraud score of 40 or above. Clearly they're lying about the safety of their proxies...
