I disagree I think there are always ways to get in front of new eyes, does not have to be blackout was asking if anyone actually knew youtubers or something that come with on point information. That is all.

How much you pay for follower will depend on the ad content and your cpm's and what kind of call to action you have. Why would they follow you if they have nothing to gain from it.
