I tried TweetAdder too, but then I found Twidium Accounter and stuck to it. Twidium Accounter does exactly what you need - it tweets automatically, you can specify posting interval that you want. It can also do automated retweets. Unfortunately the tool is not free, but it is cheeper then...

I found Twidium tools. Pretty good replacement for TweetAttacks.
