Passing juice/link structure on wordpress is pretty good by default as long as your using a decent theme and it sounds like you are. I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure your links are the canonical blog titles and not the ID default.

You could also add a sidebar with most recent posts. What platform are you using?

You can see hashtag impressions of each individual post by clicking "View Insights" under the image. When you scroll down you'll see a section titled Discovery and the breakdown of impressions by channel will be there.
