as a career drupal dev i disagree ;) WP ecosystem is much stronger, hosting is cheaper, and its better structured

what is is about social marketing u hate? most products can survive on cold outreach and organic social media shares with low effort maintenance

moz is hard to control and they often tweak with the algorithm... my sites with only high DA backlinks have the best scores so u could try improving backlink profile (guest post spam and what not is bad here)
