Hi guys, Is there anyway to tell if when I hire someone from FreelancerDotCom if they used Black hat or White hat techniques after the fact? I hired someone last month to place 10 backlinks on PR 4 and PR 5 pages and now all of the keywords I gave the freelancer to place have now fallen off...
