Hey thanks for the great list. Are you getting the wp-super-cache to work for you? I had a major crash with it. Another cool plugin is "tagaroo". From what I was able to find the "wp-to-twitter" is a good twitter tool. Also check "wickedwpposter" as it includes more than just twitter...
