hey wanted to ask a general query!,i just realised was using blacklisted proxies, sois it possible because of them my mails were landing in the spam?

i've made a python script for mass emailer, that uses proxy to connect to my SMTP server, and everytime it sends an email , my script uses another proxies for sending out to other users. I dont want blacklisted Ip's, tell me a budget freindly way to get it?
