How long does it usually take for Paypal to lift the limitations after you provide them with the ID. Only the ID was requested and was provided more than a week ago.. Still no reply from their end Is it normal to take this long?

I'm Currently using the Main -- Dummy -- Stripe solution, but I'm looking for something more solid. Ideally a processor which settles in 3-4 Days. Real business is not illegal, but considered high risk so processors without a dummy website won't work. Anyone successfully use the Dummy website...
