It's probably some of your accounts that had some problems, some of those accounts didn't work before you bought them .

Did you buy those accounts or did you make those yourself? And yeah, your disabled accounts is gone and those proxies from the disabled accounts aren't safe for instagram anymore ...

Hello When someone completes enough CPA offers/surveys from my offer wall, they'll be redirected to a page where they can type in their email address to receive rewards that they've earned. But i don't want them to return to that page after they left it. I only want that page to be accessible...
