My g, my question is not whether or not you can run a successful ad campaign as much as it is - "is there any difference between USA likes and non-USA likes when it comes to rankings, visibility, etc"

I understand this, but I am looking to establish a bit of social proof prior to running ads. People more likely to interact with something that's already been interacted with (likes, comments, etc)
