I verify by phone and this time its also asking for credit/debit card information on the PP, its never happened before?

Ive opened 3 accounts previously and have never had to attach a debit/credit card before... I'm wondering whether its just because my BA on PP is not verified??

I'm trying to list an item on eBay, and therefore need to create a sellers account, i have a verified Paypal account but my verified bank account got removed for some unknown reason and i have re-added it. Its asking for a credit card to be added to the Paypal to pay the eBay seller fees but...

all the funds are out but there saying they will get a debt collection company but they dont have my address hmm

So am i alright do just ignore the messages then seen as its fake addresses linked to the account?
