300 actions daily without filters - just follow anybody - maybe could be possible. I charge $70 dollars per account generating lists applying some kinds of filters to get high target audience so i think that $30 is too cheap to doing a good service.

Basically one person could manage 5 accounts with a real mobile in 4g connection (8 hours day) doing this with a +- 200 actions per account (high quality). A low quality list could do more. Of Course you'll need a good tool that help you that manage this.
