i'm assuming that the videos are not your own. it is probably that the official copyright owner has set a policy to match against its videos and block/delete them. too many copyright strikes will get your account suspended.

there is no need to specify a website. to tie the adsense account with your youtube channel, you have to login to your youtube channel, and then tie the adsense account. you cannot do it from adsense directly.
