I would try to get approved at other Ad networks meanwhile, so this issue won't slow down your progress. You should probably wait using OGAds till you get a reply from your Affiliate manager :)

If you purchase hosting rather than a server / vps, you'd simply have a folder which is accessible through the hosting website. You'd have to upload your website / landing page to that folder :)

I personally haven't purchased anything from the website yet, but it looks like the accounts are from different sellers. Some of them are described as aged accounts, which is what people usually want to buy. But it can be hard to determine the quality of them, due to the different sellers or types.

I am currently using HighProxies, but I have been using SquidProxies for several years.
