Scooter, I feel your pain. I'm literally exactly -$900 in the hole on PayPal from a guy who charged back his credit card company saying it was a fraudulent payment. PayPal automatically sides with the buyer, because supporting the seller would cost them more money in the long run (they assume)...

A few of the features are not working at all or not working well. Not to mention bad customer support. Was going to pull the trigger to buy it if my trial went good. Looks like I'll be keeping my $100.
