I honestly don't have 1hr to sit on Instagram per day, I used to run a follow/unfollow bot ages ago, grew my account to 8k then it dropped off as I didn't use my account for 2 years. I added 5k followers using an SMM panel a client of mine told me to use so now have 10.7k followers

It is for my personal profile/branding mainly for social proof when closing large deals I get via referrals also you will laugh at this but social proof for dating women too
