Honestly, I don't pay too much attention to anchor texts. I don't have a specific formula nor do I keep track of my anchors. Generally, I mix it up between exact match, long tails and synonyms, urls and brand name. This is what Berkay1907 recommends in his Ranking Guide: Hope that helps.
