The phrase you're looking for is VPS (virtual private server). AWS is pretty cheap and reliable, but it's important that you first make sure that the software you want to use is allowed on these platforms.
As previous posters have said go for namecheap / namesilo, but stay away from godaddy. Their customer service is terrible!
Also look for coupon codes at retailmenot or similar websites if you want to get cheaper domains.
There isn't a huge difference. People usually prefer pages because of the URL structure. The main disadvantage of pages is that it's a bit harder to interlink your content as you have to do it manually (this depends on your theme / plugins).
Personally I use ahrefs / semrush. If you're looking for free alternatives you could just google 'rank checker', manually check your rank every couple of days and enter the results into a spreadsheet
You'll have to provide a little more detail about the task that you want to complete. If you're talking about tier 1 links I'd go with rankerX, seoautopilot or manual. I personally use rankerx for tier 2 but many others use gsa.
Personally, I've found the case studies made by adespresso super helpful. Generally any kind of facebook case study will give you actionable information. It's much better than reading tons of filler article content.
If you're using it for link building it's not very effective. You could get some traffic from it if you're not familiar with it your time is much better spent using other approaches.
Alternatively you can find a youtube video that doesn't have a script and manually make a text version of it. For best results use a mp3 to text converter and manually fix the errors :)
You can use any video editing software that you have experience with a put an image with lower opacity over the video. For free software you can use Lightworks or Shotcut.
Read into the link outreach literature on the web. Don't expect that everybody will be happy to put a link to your page on their website. However, it's not very hard to compile a list of the most relevant webmasters in your niche and send them an email (personalization goes a long way).
