It may sound funny but there are some serious sellers on fiverr. Spend a little time and you will find sellers with good reviews who deliver on time. If it's something more specific just make a thread on any forum and I'm sure you're going to find a couple of guys willing to do the job.

You could make them yourself if you are not lazy. It's not hard to make youtube accounts. You can make as much as you want + there are things out there like vegex and other sites for getting free views and comments. Just do a google search.
