Which plan you using and face this issue ? because i tried advance plan all tools working which plan you purchased ? in this pricing its really worth it for me, i daily using his tools not face any downtime issue

I have been using his advanced plan form 1 year and have not faced any issues. I use all the tools daily with my 4 team members. It’s really worth it and has superb uptime compared to other providers. How can you claim downtime for 15 days?
